Your online statements are accessed by logging in to online banking. View statements from the “account overview and activity” tab, selecting “view statements” from the menu. Click on the statement you wish to view to open it as a PDF file. Statements can be downloaded as a PDF file, which means that they can be saved to your computer and printed.
If you do not want us to send you a paper statement in the post, please call us on +1 5074179398 to let us know.
Can I get a printed version of my statement? If you do not receive paper statements and would like us to send you a specific statement or if you would like to receive printed versions of your statements each month, please call us on call us on +1 5072994334 to let us know.
You will need a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader to be able to view your statement. The latest version of Adobe Reader can be downloaded from Adobe's website.
The frequency of your statement will depend on the type of account you hold and is set out in the terms of your account. If you currently receive paper statements, your online statement will be available to view from the time you receive your paper statement. If you only receive online statements, we will notify you by email when a new statement is available to view
